AI workforce operator

For small businesses still copying data between WhatsApp, the CRM, and a spreadsheet —

One instruction.
Many hands.
One finished job.

Guiderbus builds and runs AI workers that answer your WhatsApp, update your CRM, and chase your invoices — first workflow live in weeks, no software for you to manage. We supervise every run. Including the parts that go wrong.

Interview your first AI employee

Enter your website or describe your business. Real AI studies it, drafts a blueprint of the roles worth staffing, and stands up a working candidate that answers as your business — in about a minute. The interview is the demo.

    Roles we staff

Five roles off the same trunk

Every hire works the same way: your instruction forks across the roles it needs. These are the roles we staff most.

    • The 12 malformed rows that should have paged a human — and what happened on the second pass.
    • How 3,988 ledger rows become 23 chased invoices, 41 minutes later, with zero human touches.
    • What a worker does when it isn’t sure — and why guessing is never one of the options.
    • What happens when an AI worker breaks something — and whose job the fix becomes.
    • Why your first workflow goes live before the full roadmap even exists.

    How hiring works

Three stops from ask to on the job

A guided route from idea to a working AI employee — no jargon, no months-long projects.

    01

    Interview

We learn your business, map the repetitive work, and pinpoint where an AI worker earns its keep — fast.

    02

    Train

We build the worker and train it on your tools and your tone, testing it thoroughly before it ever touches a customer.

    03

    Employ

We put it on the job. It runs, we supervise, and we evolve it as you grow — you never touch the software.

    Case file

    The anatomy of a run

The same grammar as the hero, now with the numbers on. Scroll to scrub through it — this is the shape our production builds settle into.

    Why Guiderbus

    Don’t deploy AI. Employ it.

We’re not a tool you have to figure out yourself — we’re the operator behind your AI staff. We build them, run them, and stand behind them.

    01

    Employed, not installed

You don't get a login and a manual. Your AI workers arrive already doing the job — we run them for you, end to end.

    02

    Supervised every run

Every run is watched. When a worker hits something malformed, it backs up, retries, and recovers — or reaches a human before you ever notice.

    03

    Human accountability

Someone answers for your AI staff. When something breaks, it's ours to find and fix — not a ticket you file against a tool.

    04

    Trained on your business

No cookie-cutter templates. Every worker is trained on your specific tools, data, tone, and goals.

    About Guiderbus

We run AI staff that survive the messy parts of a real business.

Guiderbus employs AI workers for operations: WhatsApp conversations, internal agents, CRM handoffs — the work that today runs on people copying information between tools. Everyone else sells you tools to do the work. The goal here is simpler: we take the work.

Map the real workflow before choosing tools
Launch with logging, handoff, and failure paths
Keep automations understandable for the team that owns them

Done-for-you AI staffing is available now. The self-serve Guiderbus platform is being shaped from the same runs.

    Questions

The practical details before you automate

Production automations need more than a good demo. These are the checks we handle before launch — in the open, no accordion.

What does “employing” an AI worker actually mean?

It describes how we run the service, not a legal employment relationship. We deploy the worker, supervise its runs, fix what breaks, and answer for the result — so you deal with work done rather than software to manage. Contracts stay ordinary service agreements.

How much does an automation project cost?

Most projects are scoped after a short discovery call because the cost depends on systems, channels, integrations, and risk. We give you a clear proposal before work starts, including third-party costs such as AI usage, WhatsApp fees, hosting, or CRM seats.

How long does it take to launch?

Focused workflows can often launch in weeks. Larger builds involving WhatsApp approval, CRM data cleanup, or multiple internal tools take longer. We usually ship in stages so the first useful automation goes live before the full roadmap is complete.

Do you use the official WhatsApp Business API?

Yes. WhatsApp automations are built around the official WhatsApp Business Platform, including template message rules, opt-in requirements, and human handoff where the business needs it.

What happens when the AI is unsure?

We design guardrails and handoff paths before launch. The automation can ask clarifying questions, create a ticket, notify a team member, or route the conversation to a person instead of guessing.

Can you connect with our existing CRM or tools?

Usually, yes. We work with APIs, webhooks, no-code automation tools, and custom integrations. If a tool has no usable integration path, we call that out during discovery and recommend the closest reliable alternative.

How do you handle customer data?

We minimize the data used by each automation, restrict access, and align retention with the business process. For client automations, we process end-customer data under the client’s instructions and the relevant platform policies.

    In build

    The same runtime, self-serve

The Guiderbus platform turns our operator playbook into a workspace: build and manage your own AI workers without writing code. Until it opens, our team employs them for you.

    The handoff

    Your instruction goes here.

The site ends where it began — an empty instruction box. Every week your process stays manual is another week of your team copying rows between tools.

Describe the work you want off your plate

The Workforce Blueprintfree · 30 min

Bring the process that eats your team’s week. You leave the call with:

    • A written run map the exact lanes your instruction would fork into, like the case file above but drawn for your process.
    • An honest feasibility verdict what we’d automate first, what we wouldn’t touch yet, and why.
    • A fixed-scope proposal price, timeline, and third-party costs in writing, before any commitment.

If the honest answer is “don’t automate this yet,” you’ll hear that too.
