Services

Every service, in detail

Four things we build, and the service that runs them after launch. Every AI worker is set up on your own tools and data.

01

WhatsApp automation & bots

Every WhatsApp message answered, day or night.

We set up WhatsApp automations on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, including Meta’s verification, template approval, and opt-in rules.

A customer asks about opening hours late at night and gets an answer. Another books an appointment and gets a reminder before it. When a conversation needs a person, it goes to someone on your team.

What’s included

  • Official WhatsApp Business API onboarding & verification
  • Conversational flows for support, sales & bookings
  • Automated notifications: orders, reminders, follow-ups
  • Human-handoff to live agents when needed
  • Template message design and approval handling

Typical outcomes

  • Faster first replies without hiring more support staff
  • Leads qualified before a person joins the conversation
  • Fewer missed appointments
02

AI chatbots & agents

Answers from your own documents, and hands off when it isn’t sure.

We build assistants on large language models and ground them in your own documents and data, so answers come from what you’ve approved. They work on your website, on WhatsApp, or inside internal tools.

They can also act on a request: book a meeting, look up an order, open a ticket. When one isn’t sure, it asks a clarifying question or passes the conversation to a person. It doesn’t guess.

What’s included

  • Answers drawn from your docs & data (retrieval-augmented)
  • Actions: bookings, order lookups, ticketing
  • Tone and guardrails tuned to your brand
  • Analytics on questions, gaps, and deflection rate

Typical outcomes

  • Fewer repeat questions reaching your team
  • Answers that match what you’ve approved
03

Workflow automation

For the jobs your team does the same way every week.

A typical instruction: chase every unpaid invoice from June. The worker pulls the ledger, matches payments, drafts reminders for what’s still unpaid, and updates the sheet.

We map the process with you first, then build it with no-code tools or custom code, whichever fits. Workflows start on an event, a schedule, or a message. Every step is logged, and a failed step raises an alert.

What’s included

  • Process discovery and automation mapping
  • Event-, schedule-, and message-triggered workflows
  • Document data extraction: invoices, forms, and IDs into your systems
  • Classification, summarization & enrichment of incoming requests
  • Error handling, logging, and alerting
  • No-code/low-code or fully custom implementations

Typical outcomes

  • Less copy-paste across sales, operations, and admin
  • Fewer errors in handoffs and data entry
  • Processes that keep moving when the team is offline
  • A log of every step, so you can see what ran and when
04

CRM & tool integration

So the CRM and the spreadsheet stop disagreeing.

If someone on your team exports from one tool and imports into another, that’s the job we take over. We connect your CRM, helpdesk, calendar, and payment tools through their APIs or webhooks, with syncs that run both ways.

We monitor the connections, so a broken sync gets noticed. If a tool has no usable integration, we tell you in the free consultation and suggest the closest reliable alternative.

What’s included

  • Two-way sync across CRM, helpdesk, calendar & payment tools
  • Custom API and webhook development
  • Lead capture and routing
  • Monitored connections

Typical outcomes

  • One up-to-date record per customer across your tools
  • Leads and tickets reach the right owner without anyone forwarding them
05

Managed operations

After launch, we run it: watched, retrained, escalated.

Going live is the start of the job. We watch every run, catch answers that drift as your business changes, update the worker’s instructions and training, and escalate anything it can’t resolve to a named person on your team.

If you already have a bot or automation that someone else built and nobody runs, we audit it first, then take it over. Each month you get the numbers: what ran, what failed, what we changed.

What’s included

  • Monitoring and alerting on every run
  • Retraining when answers drift or the business changes
  • Escalation paths with agreed response times
  • Monthly review with the numbers
  • Takeover of automations someone else built
  • Bounded decisions: workers choose from answers you approved, or hand off, with every step in a run log you can read

Typical outcomes

  • No automation goes quiet without someone noticing
  • One accountable person for every worker you employ
  • A log you can audit, run by run
Pricing

How pricing works

Structure first; numbers in the proposal. Every engagement is built from the same three parts.

01

Fixed-scope setup

One price for building the worker, in writing before work starts. It covers process mapping, the build, testing on your data, and launch, and it lists third-party costs such as AI usage, WhatsApp fees, hosting, or CRM seats.

02

Monthly operations retainer

What it costs to keep the worker employed: monitoring on every run, retraining when answers drift, escalation to a named person, and a monthly review with the numbers.

03

Per-outcome component

Optional, where outcomes are countable: per booked appointment, per resolved conversation, per invoice chased. Agreed up front so the price moves with the work the worker actually does.

We don’t publish figures: they depend on your systems, channels, and risk. You leave the consultation with a fixed-scope proposal.

The handoff

Your instruction goes here.

Every week your process stays manual is another week of your team copying rows between tools.

Bring the process that eats your team’s week. You leave the call with:

  • A written run map: the exact lanes your instruction would fork into, like the case file above but drawn for your process.
  • An honest feasibility verdict: what we’d automate first, what we wouldn’t touch yet, and why.
  • A fixed-scope proposal: price, timeline, and third-party costs in writing, before any commitment.

If the honest answer is “don’t automate this yet,” you’ll hear that too.
